How does it work?

When guests arrive, they can scan a QR code that will lead them to your personal Tasteat menu. You can choose to provide the QR codes in each individual room and common areas, which you would like your guests to access. Each QR code is unique and assigned to a specific room or area.

Can I choose the restaurants I want?

You have the option to suggest restaurants that you trust or choose from our pre-selected list of cooperating restaurants within your region. However, any suppliers you suggest must meet our partner selection criteria, which includes having their own distribution channels and high ratings across all internet and platform channels. Careful selection of suppliers guarantees the quality of products reaching your guests and enhances their overall stay experience. Statistics indicate that the best reviews often accompany food recommendations, which is a top priority for Tasteat.

Can I choose as many restaurants as I want on my menu?

Our platform does not have any limit, but our experience suggests that you need at least three suppliers and a maximum of five to create a comprehensive menu. The selected suppliers should offer a wide range of products, including coffee, breakfast, brunch, cooking, street food (kebabs), roasts, portions, pizza, sweets, drinks, and soft drinks. Depending on the region, international cuisines such as Mexican, sushi, or multi-Asian may also be available. Having too many suppliers on the menu can create chaos for the guest and result in delays. Therefore, it is not an advantage.

I am a hotel owner and already have a restaurant. Why should I consider using Tasteat?

Although your hotel may have a restaurant that offers a specific type of cuisine, such as Mediterranean, Tasteat does not replace your existing restaurant. Instead, it can be used in addition to it during hours when the restaurant is closed or alongside it to provide your guests with a wider range of taste options that you may not have offered previously.

I am a hotel owner with my own bar. How can I restrict orders for external suppliers for my in-house products?

If you have your own bar, you can continue to exclusively offer your in-house products for orders made through Tasteat. We can include your menu as a supplier on our platform, and guests can place orders for all the products on your menu.

If there is an issue with an order, should I, as a host, be involved?

Each host can access our platform to view all orders made from their property in real-time. Tasteat provides support throughout the operating hours of its platform for all orders placed through it. Once an order is completed, visitors are provided with contact numbers for the supplier, Tasteat, and their host, if they wish.

Do I receive a commission from Tasteat?

Yes, hosts receive a commission for each completed order. Please see our available packages and choose the package that best suits your needs.
