In any case, TASTEAT will forward the necessary information regarding your order (name, address, food order) to the restaurant of your choice in order to complete the order. TASTEAT will respond to your request free of charge, without delay and in
any case within one month of receipt of the request, except in
exceptional cases, in which case the above deadline may be extended by
two more months, if required, taking into account the complexity of the
request and/or the number of requests. TASTEAT will inform you of any extension within one month of receipt of
the request, as well as of the reasons for the delay.
In case the completion of your request is impossible, TASTEAT will inform you within one month from the receipt of the request, for the relevant reasons and for the possibility to file a complaint to the Personal Data Protection Authority, as well as for your right to appeal before the competent judicial authorities.
If your request is deemed manifestly unfounded or excessive by TASTEAT, it may impose a reasonable and proportionate fee, taking into account the administrative costs for its completion or refuse to follow up on your request.
